Question asked by Villa Killa on

Deadric Artifact Staffs

When I use the Wabbajack, Sanguine Rose, and Skull of Corruption on an enemy, it doesn't ever work. Is there anything I need to do to make these staffs work or is my Oblivion game just a little messed?

If you try them on humans or more powerful dremora it will not work but if you try it on things like an ogre, troll, scamp, or a lesser form like that it should work. Hope this helps.

ressurection666 answered:

Are the staffs charged, if you have no charges left they will not wok, if this is the case these are people who can recharge them in most of the Mages Guild buildings.

Hope this helps

some-dude answered:

OK, Wabbajack=animals, Sanguine Rose=humans, Skull of Corruption=humans
Note:no none of above staffs work on skeletons, zombies, and all daedra except dremoras -.-

SUPERMAN5 answered:

Wabbajack only works on animals, the Rose and Skull only works on humans. Make sure you have full charge though.
