Mage's Staff
I have my staff made and it is a Staff of Shock. Is there any way to make it stronger?

If you add extra effects that will make it stronger, if it allows you to add extra effects anyway, that is.

No there is not. What you should have done is waited till you were very high level before you did that quest. Example: I did quest at lvl 4 an got paralysis that that cast paralysis for 4 seconds. Then I did it at lvl 20 on different character and got it for 8 seconds.
