It grows very abundant in Mankar Camoran's paradise, I think you canbuy it from some Mage's guild,stores,and maybe the Shinderloin guy ( srry don't how to spell his name) but I think he's in the West Weald Inn basement or cellar.But If you can wait Camoran's Paradise is the easiest place to get it it's almost the only plant that grows there,but once you get inside the paradise you can't leave until u've killed Mankar Camoran. O and if you're not far enough on the main quest line or you hae finished it srry b/c it will be pretty hard to find nigtshade. Hope I helped a little.

the arcane uni has a few in the garden if youv goten into there yet. Must be acepted through mages guild.
