Need help

I was doin the last quest of the theives guild nd I met the priest nd did something wrong nd don't noe where the scroll is,i got busted nd wen I did the quest over they wouldn't let me in the door you shoot wit the arrow

The Priest that stands in front of the door you don't have to shoot him becaue he's blind, the imperial palace is a circular building, go all the way around and there is a lever you can activate. Inside the palace once again the monks are blind therefore what you probably did wrong was talk to them and now they know it is an intruder. As far as I know the elder scroll shoul be like any other item if during your escape you dropped it or you kicked it into a corner. Maybe by paying your bounty you would be able to enter without being pursued by them pesky imperial guards. Look carefully inside the palace and retrace your steps. Also, next time listen to your instructions carefully and save often. Good Luck.

Happened to me too. Nothing to do about it! Maybe you can break into the Imperial Palace by the front door...

The monks are blind and they are expecting somome else mancar camerons daughter so if you keep quiet they will think you are her
