Killing mannimarco, impossible-mages guild

I am having a bit of difficulty with manimarco. I have to kill him but it wont let me. I have the colossal black gem in my possession. I think it may have glitched but it wont let me attack him, my wepons and spells don't hit they go right through him. Not even his health bar comes up. I am very confused. I have tried to re load saves but it does the same thing, can anyone help?



Comment:(Apr 16 2008) Ok actually its ok, well its not as it still wouldnt let me touch him but wile running arround not being able to do anything he fell in the water and drowned, completing my mission. Still confused though.

Maybe something is wrong with the disc or your 360 because I killed him easy.

Hey man what you want to do is get a spell or potions to breath underwater then jump under water with him chaseing you and just swim deep into the water in the cave wait a lil bit and let him drown.
