Does anyone know know how I get the recommendation for the Bravil and Kvatch mages guild

First of all, you can't get a recommendation from Kvatch. Kvatch is a burning rubble. Lol.
In Bravil, you must help get a girls staff back. Keep doing what it says until you go to the Imperial City. Befriend the guy and buy back the staff. Give it to the argonian. You now have the recommendation.

Here is what you must do to get a recommendation from Bravil. Talk to the woman who lost her staff, and then hurry to the Imperial City. Once you are there, find the guy who has the staff, and buy it back from him, or use some other means. Once you get it, return to Bravil and return the staff to the girl.

As for Kvatch... You may want to go look there again. I doubt that you'll be getting anything from there anytime soon.

Kvatch is out of the question. But for Bravil, get the girl's staff back.

Kvatch is rubbal by time you get there so theres no guild.

In Bravil you need to get the girl's staff back.

Hint: use the compuss and lison to what the people say it helps out.
