were's rufio?
I havent played oblivion in a long time and I forgot were rufio is. And heres a little cheat fr people who like cheats. Permanet enchant! Go to a alter of enchanting and then ge a ton of rings and rand soul gems with grand lvl. Name the ring anything you want, enchant the ring with the skill you want to be permanetly enchanted( or any effect) and t hen create it. Then dupe the ring and pick up 2. Equip 1 and then use the dupe cheat on the one equipped. They should both drop. But if you look on the current effects page it will still be on you! You can do this multipe times. I got to lvl 500 acrobatics(dot get and higher than that or the screen will go crazy when you jump) and lvl 1002 speed!

Go to your map in invitory go to current quests activate rufio quest and it will show you exactly where to go. Thanks for the cheat I didn't know about that one!
