I was watching stuff on youtube about oblivion and was watchin the one thing and the dude was playong as a dremora and flyin dragons and making giant ogres attack the imperial city!! I loooked really cool and was wondering how do you mod oblivion?

The stuff you saw was probably made on a pc with the olivion construction set which you can get from the bethsuda website, you can completely change the game to the way you want it(vocals, charactor, etc.). You could do a petition if your an 360 user to get it on the console.
