very start of first quest
I am stuck at the gate from the sewers, it says it is sealed. I am supposed to deliver the amulet from the king. How do I get through the sealed gate?

If you are talking about the door on the wall from the tunnel exit then yeah the door is opened later in the dark brotherhood quest line. Your exit is the long tunnel leading outside near that door.
