You can master acrobatics then before you do the last mission of the theavies
Guild use those spring heel jacks boots that give you a 50 acrobatic boost
And you can jump pritty high and tack your armour off

You can jump on houses with a high acrobatics skill but I don't think you can jump on places like a chapel or anything

cheatcheatcheat answered:

Hey! I know a way even on top of a chapel..... Or anything else! First dupe a ton of rings and charged grand soul gem with garnd lvl. (now you need to be the arch-mage) enchant a ring with increase agility, now dupe that ring again and pick up two. Equip one of them. Last dupe the one your not equipping, it should drop both. Then look on your active effects page, it says you still have the ring on but you dont! You can do this multiple times with any enchant, don't get it to high, try it at lvl 200 and thn just keep getting it up until it works. Happy jumping!

cheatcheatcheat answered:

Woops, I ment to say enchant them with acrobatics not agility. But you can also do it with any other skill!
