Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

When you enchant tings how do you make yourself be able to put more enchantment on and I don't mean putting more than one spell on I mean like being able to put more power into the object

You can't enchant something more than once.
Once you enchant it it stays like that forever.

The power of the enchantment depends on the strength of the soul gem youve used

For example, a grand soul gem will carry MUCH more enchanting power than a petty soul gem
