Grand Soul Gems

Hey, does anyone know where to get a grand soul gem with a grand soul level? If you have to buy them that's not a problem. Thanks for any responses.

Try the imperial emporiom he has a lot of soul gems there are littel alchemy shops in each city but I think that one is the best you should try the mages guld to

Look in the Mage's guild in the Imperial City.
And just look around there.
And the Arcane University.
