Ther are houses for each city there is rosenthorn hall for skindrad and there is one for chorrel that has a name but I forget it but they very in price the most pricest oine if I remember is skindrad I think it is 25.000$$ but I don't know talk to the count or countess for skindrad talk to the orc in the castle you will find all the count and countess in the there castle I hopee this help
