what happens when you cant find ursanne lochen but you see her m

It's for the quest caught in the hunt. I see her green marker in bravil , but when I go to it nothin is there. And shes not at home and I can't find her. I think it got glitched but I don't want to start over a file. And I need help to find ursanne lochen.

I kind of had the same problem twice. Once she was just higher than me and the second she wasn't there yet. If this doesn't work then you may not be able to complete the quest.

She might be out and the arrow only points to her house. I remember there is also a guy in the bar that has chameleon on and he is related to the quest so the arrow might point to him.
