ANSWERS

Well, you got 2 find one of those alters( one is outside dark fissure, I don't know where the others r) but make sure the beam of light is shining on 2 it, then place a grand soul gem in it then cast a soul trap spell on it and it will be a black soul gem(u go 2 dark fissure in 'necromancers moon' in the mages guild quests)

You can make one by soultrapping on a Dark Altar w/ a soul gem in it. The "lights" must be shining on it though(night w/ lights of heavens).

You might be able to find them on bodies of the eenemies of the mage's guild (can't remember their names)

They are pretty hard to find but easy to make. First you must have an EMPTY grand soul gem. Wait until the light shines on a dark alter that can be found in many places. The light shows up every 8 days so to see when the next day is check your journal for days passed and see if it is divisible by 8. When you are the place the gem in the alter and cast soul trap. Now you will have an empty black soul gem.
