Question for The Darkness

I'm stuck on the bit when you have to kill the last one of paulie's men that vinny tells you to kill on Gun Hill. It says hes on higher grounds but I can't get to any higher grounds to find him. And also I don't know how to get to central hill (or summin like that) if thats what it's called but I've got the key. Can anyone help me please???

You Can ind The last guy using the creeping dark he's near Paul Shrote's look for an open window he is inside; And in order to get to central station you simply need to be in fulton street subway station an just in front the door that leads to gun hill you should be able to see a gate just use the key you got from the men's restroom to gain access.

Vinnys last guy is near where you go to Eddie shrotes building but don't go in turnaround and there will be a wall with graffiti on it to your right that says 'mace' on it then look up and there will be a hole and then use creeping dark to go in kill the guy and get the costume for your little minion thing
