You go around the island and when the bottom left corner comes up with a jigsaw piece with a car and starts bleeping you need to look around for any sign of a car wreckage that is flashing. The more rapid the icon bleeps the closer you are!!!
Not all wrecks are found near a road. A lot of them are found off road far from the asphalt roads.
