How do you defeat sandman with green globin in the last mission

The last mission isn't Green Goblin, it's Venom. You must beat up Venom and make him lose enough health, and eventually you'll turn into the New Goblin, Fly to the place where sandman is and then just blow him up and do what the screen says. Also the action buttons take a while to master so you can dodge all the cars and beat sandman.
