Is there any way to defeat Wilson Fisk easily? I know all you have to do is attack him, nothing special I guess, but he's really powerful. Even in Black-Suited Spidey's dark rage mode he doesn't take much damage and when Fisk hits you he does a lot of damage. So I was wondering if there's a faster, easier or special way to defeat him.

Wen you go in rage mode hit him don't do a power attack cause it wont work.just keep hitting him then wen your not in rage just dodge and hit until you get in rage mode.i just beat him today doing this.
Go up to him and wait for him to attack you when you see the yellow thing above his head hold the reflex button to dodge him and prees X when it pops up on your screen repeat until rage is avalible go into rage {do not do a power attack on him it WILL NOT work] do the analiater move [while in rage mode] which is XXY it will take a lot of health off of him reapet until he is dead:]
Dont know how to beat Fisk but easy way to beat Kraven the second time is to jump on a ledge and hide where no lizards can reach you. (This is an easy way to fill rage meter without puncjing someone) rapidly press the RB button til full, then jump down and press Y+RB (only in rage mode takes away alot of life.) Then when he's dead you must fight a humongous lizard. I'll tell you how to fight him in another comment.
