At the beginning of the mission the Arsenic Candy girls will throw the librarian off the clock tower. As soon as you can move, slow down time and hurry and run under where the librarian is falling, then power jump up and you'll catch him. Spidey will put him down and he'll tell you that the Arsenic Candy girls are destroying the Museum. Webswing over there and you'll see the girls shooting at a Brachiosaurus skeleton display, defeat all of the girls before they destroy the skeleton, then go into the jewelry display and you'll pick up a note and that will end the level.
