NEED HELP!

I was going to purchase Soul Calibur 4 Collector's Edition for the Xbox 360. I know that the Collector's Edition comes with extra items, but I have a question about the special content in the actual game. I have heard about "extra customization items" in the game and would like to know if that is the only Collector's Edition exclusive in-game content. I also noticed that on Xbox Live Marketplace, there are downloads for Soul Calibur 4 for customization items and weapons, So do those downloads give you the extra content that already comes with the Collector's Edition, or are they completely new things? To sum it up, I just need to know what special in-game content comes with Soul Calibur 4 Collector's Edition, and if it can all be downloaded from Xbox live if buy the normal version but still want the special content. I apologize for having to ask this question here, but I could not find anywhere else to ask this question. Your help, like always, is greatly appreciated.
