The ever infamous mission 53. I have gotten semi-decent at the end. In fact, several times I have manage to perform the jump at the end. For some reason, however, even when I perform this jump and sail through the sky, it sends me too far below the ring line to complete the mission. Attempts include holding UP during the jumps, not, and trying to wait until after Sonic does his trick in the air. I have studied everything I can, but this keeps happening. What am I missing here?

Alright, you need some pretty good timing. It is rather hard to do. At the end of the ramp, there is a red line. You must jump off of that in order to complete the mission. It's frustrating to do, but you must time it right.
First ramp just jump make it to the top level. Second ramp hold UP and jump at the end of the ramp. You should clear the bridge in one leap. The third ramp just hit jump at the end, and when Sonic is in the air then hold UP.
