On 360 no. If you are playing in PC you there are trainers you can use to change the settings... I assume you are asking this for the mission where you need to get through it as fast as possible? The best approach for that it to not be holding a long weapon (that does slow your run down a little) and avoid getting hung up on things.

How do I get pass the level the end is near I'm at the part wear I have to sneak though the enemy camp
