One way you can get money easily is to hijack the money trucks that randomly generate everywhere. You can identify these trucks by the orange icon they have above them.

Easy ways to make money are as follow-
Hijack Money Truck they spawn everywhere in the game
Do fights at the underground fights they give you money just make sure you win the tournament
Cockfighting bet on cock fights they are really good ways to earn money just make sure you know how to bet in real life to pull it off
