YEs just attack a cop and wait until he gets his gun out and press but then you have the cop on your ass so what I do is find a cop near your apartment possibly your first apartment go in there and lose the cop but if you want the big guns don't go into the apartment yet shoot the cops wait for the swat teams to come and try to get a headshot but there are two kinds of swat the ones in blue and the ones in black when ether one come take cover not in your apartment doorway but the doorway of the building your apartment is in once your killed a few with sub machine gun aka blue swat team or the one with the assault rifles leave some bullets in your pistol because chances are you will get a glitch when there are swat teams in your apartment so if they are by the sofa take cover until they disappear, your wanted level goes but if the swat team are in the doorway of your apartment that's bad open the door but don't try to aim just run out and take cover beside your door and shoot them then go in lose your wanted level and reload your pistol in case there are any pistol ammo outside then go outside and go to where you killed the cops and swat and pick up their guns p.s you can hide the pistol , put it in your pocket so the cops don't see it by pressing down on your directional buttons in the bottom left corner of your Xbox 360 controller p.p.s the submachine gun and the assault rifle are not hideable however if you have got one and go to drive a car you won't drop any of your weapons and the cops will not see your guns

Just go to a police departmet any police departmet the go to a police car or a police suv go to the back and and press the butten showen and you get a pump shotgun with no ammo but 8 shots there is no guns in the police motor bikes :(

Just get a bunch of dlc and the weapons will spawn in your apartment.
