When I'm playing on xbox live it wont let me talk to any one using my head set or any thing

1.maybe your headset is broken.
2.you have your volume all the way down.
3. Now one your playing with has a mic.
4.crappy bad luck and it's a game glitch.
5. Your x-box 360 hates you. hope it helps.

Check family settings to make your headset active. You have to make it so you can use headset and other people can hear you. Thats what I had to do.
