Does 100% super power strength give you unlimited super powers? Or does it just unlock all the super power upgrades or all the super powers? I want to have unlimited super powers so I want to know.

OK the thing is it means what it says - that you have the super power at 100% - as for unlimited super powers, no. No such beast.
