Well in the 1st and 2nd, even though I haven't played it, people said it was serious gangsta attitude. Then in the third, people respected it more because it made it silly by the weapons (Penetrator, giant purple dildo, etc.) cars, and outfits and missions. IV gives you superpowers and better weapons like dubstep gun abductor, etc. And you're the president!
