I'm pretty sure you cannot get a boyfriend/girlfriend, but hopefully in the near future there will be a version that will make you able to have one! Anyways, you cannot have a boyfriend or a girlfriend in Saints Row 2.

Hers a way to do it PS3/XBOX so you go up to a girl a pretty one then keep complimenting her then she starts to follow you then when you go on a bed the screen turns black for a minute then she says bye then you get her phone number I hope you enjoy it 😁
