Wheel Woman - Got at start
Will - Completing 3rd Street Snatch missions
Samantha - Completing Vice Kings Escort missions
Laura - Completing Westside Rollerz Drug Trafficking missins
Chicken Ned - Call 555-2445
Mr Wong - Completing Westside Rollerz Hitman missions
Zombie Lin - Call 555-5966 after she dies
