I've bin playing this game a while and I wanted to know is it true that if you complete the game 100 percent theres a better ending and I wanted to know if you use a cheat in a activitie for 1 level or more then restart your xbox 360 will the achievment work hm :]please answer

No, 100% doesn't give a better ending.
As soon you activate a cheat, achievements are disabled but I'm not sure if thats permanent if you save.

No the ending is the same and once you've entered a cheat the only way you can get the achievement is to start a new game sorry.
