Is there any way to remove piercings and/or jewelry?
I went to the barber and to the plastic surgeon, but I didn't see any options to remove that stuff.

You can do that at any of your cribs. Just go to the piercings catagory and/or the jewelry catagory and you can remove, add, or change your piercings and jewelry.
