What I must to do to start hitman misions?

After getting the mission from a place, go into your start menu, hit R once and go down to activities. While here, find your hitman missions click on them. Your list of hits should now be present. Click one of them and now this person will appear in the designated area at about any given time. YOu just hav to wait for them to appear. They will show up on your map when they come. Make sure you have the right wepon to kill them with.
