Does spawning vehicles or anything make anything bad heppen later in the game like in GTS: SA where maddogg falls off the roof really fast if you use too many cheats? Will anthing like that happen in Saints Row?

No because when you put a cheat in and save it I'm sure it would say sumat bout doging up the game, and it also says that when you turn the x360 off it will turn the cheats off.
