Hi where do you find all the tags I've searched everywhere but can't find any can you help?

You can find most of the tags in out of the way the places. And for instence you can fida tag in the drainage ditch in the very east or west part( I'm not good with directiions)of the map and at the end of drain were it is close to a gas station look on the wall to your left. And it is a west side rollerz tag.
