Everytime I look on the map I can't identify anything what I mean is that I can't see missions or where anything is located on the map help!!!!!

Either:

You've done all the missions
Its a glitch, due to disc being damaged

If it's neither of these, go to the map, and see wether you have chosen to display certain things, like missions.
