The best way I found to finish the insurance fraud activite is to get a police car and at the point where you're suposed to be drive really fast and crash into something you should get a lot lot off point for doing this

A cop car is the best way like said above for the insurance and slam another car head on at max speed. And another is to go in to the freeway (if it's in the area).
From the mayhem it's just a case of getting as meny bonese on top of blowing up cars and stuff

The easiest way to di insurance fraud is to go to the motorway, if the target area is there, as the cars all speed.
If not, drive at high speeds into walls.
Also, try sprinting at the car and pulling both triggers when it hits you, you should go flying.
Mayhem is pretty simple. Wait until the bonuses comeup on screen, and take the corresponding vehicle with you.
For example, if you get a bonus for sports cars, take a sports car with you,a nd if you get a bonus for usingthe shotgun, use the shotgun. Also, shoot the people on the car before you blow the car up.
