For hitman missions all you have to do is kill the person you are after with the specified weapon. There are a few targets that are within the emergency services. There is a good walkthrough that helps pin point the area and weapon to use on all targets.

For the hitman, just find the person wearing the same clothes and kill them with the weapon by the picture. I wouldn't target them on the H.U.D. Because it's harder to spot them. And you won't always find them in the area they say they are. Also it depends what kind of clothes you like. If you like emo clothes I would suggest like lip piercings. For emo pants go to branded and go to like the really baggy pants and go to the black color pants. For shirt just find a black tanktop. If you a gangster, Then I would choose low baggy pants or low baggy shorts whatever colow you want. And I would suggest jackets or he hoddies for a top. Alright, hope I helped!

For hitman, just go to the area given, and look for people wearing the same clothes, and if you take him/her out, it will tell you.
And for clothing, the purple pimp suit is good, and so is anything else purple.
