Lol well you are lucky I hapend to be nice enough to tell you well you can't use letter it's a silly lil phone you have to put numbers for the letters it's confusing I know and if your plaing on using cheats then DONT if you don't have all the achievements or else you can't get any more with that character it sux lol but I've answerd your question no letter only numbers
