Just go and re-do missions that took you a really long time. Just simply rush through the first few levels. Run through all the zombies, or go around with a very powerful weapon killing any zombie in your way, but running. It should not take that long after a while.

A way to beat the game under 5 hours is to beat the game on amateur with infinite weapons or powerful weapons, such as the grenade launcher, handcannon, lighting hawk, M29 something magnum, or the best, the rocket launcher! I hope this helps.
