You have to make sure you request no more than one item from her per chapter. I'm not sure how many times it takes, but I'm estimating that you do this on several (not all, but as many as possible) chapters on one playthrough.

You also have to make sure you don't let Sheva die and save her a many times as possible when the need arises. Also heal her when necessary.

Giving her the weapons you don't want, such as the machine guns, does not complicate obtaining this achievement

How Can I Assist You

An easy but semi-expensive way ($18,000) is...start chapter 1-2...on verteran so your health goes down quicker- (after you kill everyone in the public assembly) there should be no zombies around, give yourself a gun and shoot a transformer down. Make sure your inven is, one gun and the rest first aids or something, then make Sheva's ALL first aids. Shoot the transformer or knife it until your health goes down and Sheva should come over and heal you; thank her afterwards. Now rinse and repeat the process. If you don't get it on the first nine first aids, give her one of yours and that should contribute more to the achievment. Happy Gaming- How Can I Assist You
