I can't start the lights, camera, action strangers task.

I have completed all the bonnie missions and marshal one (apart from the attack on fort mercer. I have done all the current strangers tasks, but when I go behind the cinema where there should be the man from lights camera, action but he is not. There is also no question mark on my map.

Before the stranger appears on the world map you must complete a two-part setup: Nigel's mission The Sport of Kings, and Liars, then Reyez's An Appointed Time Mission.
