Animal and plant regeneration.

When you pick a plant or shoot an animal, do they "regenerat"e at the same site later in the game or are they gone forever?

Except Buffalo (which do not regenerate after you kill them) everything regenerates. As for in the exact spot you killed/harvested from, I'm not sure.

I seen to be 2 houses short of the required houses for red dead redemption. Would someone provide a listing of all 13 houses so I can determine which 2 houses I am missing. Thanks

Plants and animals spawn in random spots but generally in the same areas, so you can return to the general area and find more later.
