Can you survive in the end with cheats?

At the end of red dead when your suppost to die if you use cheat codes can you live or will u still die?

I haven't tried it, but most likely not.
I don't think you can do missions while cheats are active.

you can do misions but i don't think those wil work

the way i see it is you have 6 bullets, about 30 guards, face it, your gonna die, even with inf ammo, inf dead eye, im sure the event is scripted and you will get the outro that designed to play out

im really pissed off about this, jack is freaking terrible, im happy i have a saved game just before the last mission : ) i wont be completeing it again anytime soon : )

It isn't possible. After the first bullet fires it goes into a cutscene you can have inf heath or even all the cheats John still dies. Its the true and only ending

No, I have tried with infinity health but I stilled got killed. But I have heard if you kill all the agents (guys in suits) the soilders will back of. There are six of them so shoot them in the head but fast. I am not sure if it is true or not so don't get happy because it might not work.

I think everyone will agree with me that the ending is just retarded. You get to like John and learn his life store and then he gets killed. The worse is you play as his gay son that has not freaken story line. It would be better if you played as Johns ghost.
