Question for Ratatouille

Hi on the ratatouille level control switch conundrum, I can't get past the butcher at the meat counter choppin up meat.every time I just mae it across I get seen and have to run into the mouse hole.it's annoying me because I'm timing it and everything and he doesn't look away long enough for me to get by in time..help!

Finally, a change! Control Switch Conundrum is a hard one too, but I tried dashing and I managed to make it
Past the butcher, or rather, I call him a cleaver.

dashing doesnt help :( everytime i jump by him i make it onto the hook directly in front of him but i can never make it onto the platform after! its driving me nuts!

Im having the same problem.. Everytime I timeit to jump on to the hook then onto the last platfor ifront of him I get seen.... Ive done this darn near a thousand times it feels like Smile it's driving meCRAZY help! I HAVE IT ON XBOX 360

I had this problem as well, but after trying about 100 times I got it! Try to jump onto the platform immediately after you get on the hook. The faster you jump, the farther you get. That was just my experience.
