Does anyone knows how to use a track that you make? Can you use it in carrer mode?

As far as I am aware you cannot use custom made tracks in career mode, although I am not 100% sure. I think you can use them in multi-player.

Jackieboy Tips:

When you go into Playtime and select what event you are doing, you will be given the choice of Tokyo, Las Vegas, New York, London, Nurburgring or Custom Route. Select Custom Route.
