How do you start the mission in chapter 12 I am at the very beginning of the chapter. PLEASE HELP.

You have to go to Planet Parum. Go close to the GRM shop, and look around. You should see a CAST Guard outside a building. Talk to him, and then you'll talk to somebody(My bad, forgot their name ^_^") Then, go on from there.
