Sorry I don't own a XBox 360, but I think I can answer your question.
There is no two player on GameCube, so maybe it's the same....?

i just bogout the game and no you can not play two players and error i think

It say 2 player on the back of ps2 case only if someone is in your house and theres two pads you can play 2 player 0k
