Hey in the rooftop level right b4 you meet with jack if you go back in the sewers there are 3 valves and I turned all but nothing happened can someone tell me why they are there?

Whatever they are, they are not important with your mission. I've completed the game and I never saw any valves in the sewer. I gues they're just there for decoration...
