Question for Need for Speed: Most Wanted

I keep running into cops and just barely get out of getting busted. Also I want to raise bounty and complete milestones.I am on blacklist number 4, JV.Any suggestions?

Use pursuit breakers to get away from the cops and then you've got a chance to evade them.

Pick a good route to drive around. Make sure there aren't too many cars along it, as well as making sure there are some pursuit breakers too, and a good run to a cooldown zone or safehouse you can get too quickly once the cops are off your tail.
